Add autosizing whenever we open/close an edge panel, meaning we always
keep the relative width/height of the main windows

Rename Utility highlight group to EdgeTool, the idea is to have a
different color for all of the edge panel tools, such as the terminal,
LSP/Trouble/oil panels etc
